The article presents the implementation of the knowledge of the principle ?Lessons learned and best practice?. The synthesis of this experience allowed a completely new attitude to decision support made by commanders in the operations and combat areas, where decision-making information asymmetry prevails over information symmetry. The decision support in the operations is performed by using the reachback command post. This component is placed outside the battlefield and enables the online communication,including the knowledge from the area.
