Original language description
In the paper there are presented theoretical fundamentals for the stochastic constructive simulation of surveillance radar sensors as a generator of radar information with the stochastic character. In order to do this, the mathematical model of the process of radar information creation is performed. The mathematical model is afterwards presented in the form of a flow chart of the algorithm for the radar information creation process. The model will be applied as part of the simulator for the staff training in the Czech Air Force operating centres.
