Original language description
The article deals with application of heuristic method in system identification process. Particle swarm optimization method based on insect behaviour is exclusively used. Simple mathematical model of separately excited DC machine as three parameter modelis used to find best PSO algorithm. The identification process uses real measured data of rotational speed response to armature voltage step. Whole concept is tested using the MATLAB program.
