For activities of the organization it is necessary to prepare personnel for fulfilling their missions. These people must be professionally trained and be ready on the highest level. Nowadays we have to challenge with the overload of the sources and information. Any organization needs to setup effective system of preparation. Very useful tools are knowledge management systems and learning management systems. The organization can achieve with using of these tools better level of preparation and personnelcan prepared not only in office, because personnel can be nearly anywhere. It is absolutely essential to deal with possible usage of any tool which can help with training of the security management. These people have to clearly understand terms, roles, associations, documents and relations between them etc.
