Original language description
The article deals with methods of availability prediction based on knowledge of subsystems reliability and maintainability measures. A suggested new method of availability prediction is presented and compared with well-known simplified methods of availability prediction. Practical application of the methods is demonstrated in the case of availability prediction for a weapon system.
