CFD analysis of air flow through the nozzle of circulation wind tunnel
Original language description
This study deals with application of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) numerical methods to design of components of wind tunnels. ANSYS Fluent was used to depict and analyze velocity profiles leaving the nozzle as main air flow inputs into a test section. Also an influence of nozzle outlet extension on velocity profiles leaving the nozzle was evaluated. To be able to verify CFD data, also an experimental measurement has been carried out.
