Original language description
The article deals with the use of ultrasound traversal methods for the diagnosis of protective structures elements made from the reinforced concrete. The article points out weaknesses of this method and article informs how properly diagnose the reinforced concrete structures. Furthermore, it highlights the necessity of numerical simulations for the correct determination of projected locations of breaches. The article describes the course of the field testing of the protective structures loaded by remote explosion of TNT. After loading of protective structures by explosion the article describes how to proceed when deciding whether a particular element of protective construction is able to protect the crew or it is necessary to replace.
