Original language description
Twenty buses of Transport Company of the Brno city have been randomly selected to realize experimental research on CO2 content in commonly performed traffic. Results showed that in tracked vehicles, in which about 40 people were present, the measured CO2 concentration was in the range 926 to 2121 ppm. Even this increased CO2 concentration in case of the driver may increase the drowsiness, lethargy, fatigue and the like. The decrease in the concentration of the driver can cause an accident.
