Pavement Thermographic Measurement as Support of Airport Winter Maintenance
Original language description
The main aim of the paper is to describe the procedures which might be employed during installation of an anti-icing system into airport pavement in order to enhance the efficiency of airport winter maintenance. Particularly, it illustrates surface measurements by use of thermographic camera which leads to depicting optimal suitable location for pavement sensors. The idea is supported by experimental measurements conducted on a chosen airport in variety of conditions.
