This paper summarizes methods of accuracy evaluation of T A F and directive setting rules for T A F forecasts. Further, it deals with the laches in the directive on one hand and in methods and between methods on the other. In the end, it compares the methods and enlightens some of insufficiencies of methods and concludes basic requirements for improving or building up a new method.
