Original language description
The mechanical gearbox generates gear noises and vibration signals which relates to the behaviour of gearbox. Analysis vibration signal is an advanced technique that can be used to reveal the technical condition of gearbox. The purpose of this paper is to develop the dynamic model that combined of gearbox components and the model is simulated based on the multi-body dynamic solution. The dynamic model is investigated in both cases, the one is health condition and another is bearing angular misalignment fault. Analysis vibration signal is performed in frequency domain and bearing defect frequencies are used to assess the technical condition of gearbox.
