Original language description
The article deals with some possibilities of increasing the efficiency of training of specialists of engineer troops. In the introductory part, a framing of the issue of engineer troops within the Czech Armed Forces is made. The following chapter is mainly devoted to the analysis of the current state of training of specialists and engineers of engineer troops, both in basic and advanced courses. The analysis is based on the documents of the Training Centre in Vyškov. The analysis also deals with the issue of training of low-numbered specialties and the need to support this training in the VA-VeV by units of engineer troops. The last chapter of the article deals with possible ways to increase the efficiency of training of engineer specialists.
