Incremental Mutators for Transforming Between Extended Higher-Order Elements

  • Original language description

Extended Higher-Order Elements (EHOEs) have been recently introduced as a generalization of the extended memristors, memcapacitors and meminductors. This brief proposes incremental mutators for mutual transformation between EHOEs from generalized Chua’s table. It enables emulating arbitrary EHOE with nonlinear dynamics, which reflects the behavior of real-world devices. This brief demonstrates the emulation of extended memory devices that mimic the nonlinear behavior of the Knowm memristor.
