This paper is focused on measuring and simulating behaviour of piezoelectric resonators during phase change of excitation signal. The purposes of this simulation are to evaluate suitability of observed resonator for use in applications based on phase modulation, to determine maximal potential modulation frequency of such resonator or to optimize modulation for selected piezoelectric transducer.
