Patients who suffer from recurrent thromboembolic events often receive an inferior vena cava filter. There is little data available regarding treatment of this patient population with catheterization interventions, especially catheter ablation. We reporta case of cavotricuspid isthmus catheter ablation across an inferior vena cava filter.

Pacienti s rekurentní trombembolií často dostávají kavální filtry. V literatuře je málo dat ohledně léčby pacientů léčených katetrizačními intervencemi, obzvlášť katetrovými ablacemi. Popisujeme případ katetrové ablace kavotrikuspidálního istmu katetrovou ablací přes kavální filtr v dolní duté žíle.
