In recent years, experience from the conduct of operations has shown changes in their contemporary leadership. Increasingly, asymmetric operations step to the fore. The medical support of these operations is one of the conditions for their success. Results of exploratory research methods indicate the need for adjustments with regards to education, training and organization of medical support of the tactical units within asymmetric operations.
