Evaluation of the potency of two novel bispyridinium oximes (K456, K458) in comparison with the oxime K203 and trimedoxime to counteract tabun-induced neurotoxicity in rats
Original language description
The ability of newly developed oximes to decrease tabun-induced acute neurotoxicity was slightly higher than that of trimedoxime and the oxime K203 but the difference of neuroprotective efficacy among all oximes studied is not so high to make the decision about the replacement of commonly used oximes (especially trimedoxime and obidoxime) in the treatment of acute tabun poisonings.
