The workshop was organized by the Military Medical Institute with the contribution of the Department of Infectious and Tropical diseases, 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University and ÚVN - Military University Hospital Prague. The traditional main topic of host-pathogen interaction has been extended to other aspects of biological material analysis. The results of the project were presented and discussed within the activity.
