This paper deals with the evaluation methods used to degradation assessment of low-alloyed creep resisting steels. These materials are preferred as membrane water walls, super-heaters, and other boiler components in power and chemical industry. However,the service temperature, pressure, and corrosion atmosphere cause a decrease in their materials properties followed with possible failure occurring. Therefore, the degradation assessment plays a very important role.
