Original language description
Based on test results for the registration proceeding in the years 2000-2002 the new malting varieties of spring barley were registered in the Czech Republic in the year 2003: Baiatlon, Calgary, Faustina and Respekt. The variety Pedant was registered only for the export of seed grains. Further the non-malting variety of the winter 6-row barley variety Traminer was registered.

Czech description
Na základě výsledků zkoušek pro registraci probíhajících v letech 2000-2002 byly v České republice v roce 2003 registrovány nové sladovnické odrůdy jarního ječmene: Biatlon, Calgary, Faustina a Respekt. Odrůda Pedant byla registrována pouze pro vývoz osiva. Dále byla registrována nesladovnická odrůda ozimého víceřadého ječmene Traminer.
