Separation and analysis of specific proteins and peptide fragments that could characterize ?Czech Beer? were performed. For this purpose state-of ?the-art techniques of qualitative and quantitative analysis have been modified developed (e.g. 2D electrophoresis, LC/ESI ? MS, LC/MS/MS).
