The interactive workshop was focused on proposal writing. Together with an experienced ERC evaluator were discussed in detail CVs, abstracts of proposals as well as evaluation criteria and essential components of a competitive ERC proposal. There was an opportunity to work with a successful ERC project, to meet its principal investigator and to play the role of an evaluator. This helped to understand how application should be organised and what should be stressed.
