During the application of SEUROP System in farming business the influence of pigs slaughter weight on the classification into business classes was tested. It was confirmed that with increasing slaughter weight the share of lean decreases. On the basis ofthis assessment the optimal slaughter weight for slaughter pigs was suggested. Due to significant differences in the structure of slaughter pig bodies, the slaughter half?s were sorted in order to make a group with an approximately equal share of lean.This unification of the final product help

During the application of SEUROP System in farming business the influence of pigs slaughter weight on the classification into business classes was tested. It was confirmed that with increasing slaughter weight the share of lean decreases. On the basis ofthis assessment the optimal slaughter weight for slaughter pigs was suggested. Due to significant differences in the structure of slaughter pig bodies, the slaughter half?s were sorted in order to make a group with an approximately equal share of lean.This unification of the final product helps to a better financial evaluation of slaughter bodies and to their more effective utilization in processing industry and business activities. It brings a harmonization of beef producer?s and relative subject?s interests. The introduction of this classification system into practice provides objective bases for the determination of costs.
