Paper deals with the specialist foreign language training at the FEM and its contribution to the formation of students´personalities. The formation of students´personalities as subjects of intercultural and multilingual society of European integration isan important part of the fundamental strategic objective of the Faculty of Economics and Management. It is connected with strengthening an internationally comparable position and competitive advantage in the framework of the Czech Republic and Europe. Specialist foreign language training of the students is focused on the realisation of this objective as at the present time the knowledge of foreign languages, particularly specialist ones, belongs to the basic educatioal requirements in connection with European integration processes.
