The article provides na example of a design procedure of training module for regional SMEs as it has been developed within Leonarda da Vinci programme. To identify, prepare and offer courses leading to nurture high-potential techno-entrepreneurs and small medium scale enterprises into competent and profitable manufacturers a study using the four-round Delphi method was conducted to identify and rank 7 possible courses assigned directly to SMEs. As such, a 35-member panel comprising of SMEs practitionerswere invited to participate in a Delphi assessment to prioritise solutions to some of the problems from the perspective of future success of courses. Experts were selected with respect to their experience in the field of small business management with focus on SMEs in regions. Then further questionnaires and questioning were used among those 35 experts to identify the content of courses in order to satisfy the needs of potential producers.
