This paper deals with the price transmission in the oilseed rape market in the Czech Republic. The paper analyses the mutual relations between farmer price and processing price in the selected agri-food chain on the basis of data set from January 2002 till February 2007. Multivariate time series analysis, concretely VECM model, was employed to define and describe relationships between selected variables and to determine structure of the market. Knowledge presented in this paper is the result of grant solution MSM 6046070906 ?Economics of Czech agriculture resources and their efficient usage within the framework of multifunctional agri-food systems?.
