Employment training is one of the most important foundations for the development of companies? strategies. Therefore, formal and non-formal training is not a short-term cost, but a long-term investment. This is why companies have to determine which training provides incentives and evaluate it from the perspective of new business paradigms. The article focuses on the validation process of software tool JAKIN II. JAKIN II is a formal and non-formal training assessment tool, which is developing as part ofthe Leonardo da Vinci Programme. The first part deals with theoretical background of the article. The second part is dedicated to the validation process of software tool JAKIN II and its key phases. For the modelling of validation are used ARIS methodology, respectively adapted eEPC diagrams and Process-oriented function tree model.
