This monograph provides overview of the situation on the Czech Labor market from 1993 until 2012 and focuses on the impact of inflow of foreign direct investment on the employment in the Czech Republic. The definition of unemployment, methodology of Czech Labor market sample survey, main issues of the Labor market with focus on structural and regional differences, foreign investors? issues with recruiting and employing Czech employees and policy on employment are presented in the first theoretical part.The second part consists of general topics connected with FDI definition and valuation and classification with strong orientation to the Czech Republic. This monograph mainly examined the impact of inflow of foreign direct investment on employment in the Czech Republic during the period 1993 to 2011.
