Outsourcing for an organization means leaving some activities that are then profided by third party, because it can be cheaper, faster and better. If these parties are located abroad, then it is a so-called offshoring. Options of exclusion of certain activities in the company are unlimited. Each phase of real outsourcing activities requires the creation of legal conditions siutable for implementation. Due to the inability to precisely define this soncept is impossible to have comprehensive legislation of the content of such contract which would include at least the type classification of a contractual relationship under named contract.
