This paper presents the results of a questionnaire survey to investigate the critical factors affecting Community-led Rural Development Projects that are absolutely essential for successful implementation in rural development in Palestine. Out of a possible list of 100 names of development rural projects were targeted, with 90 usable questionnaires returned, thus giving a response rate of 90 percent. The analysis led to the development of a criticality Community-led Rural Development Projects success factor structure, comprising 25 factors sorted in descending order of criticality through three tiers. All of the factors were found to be supported by similar studies and quoted literatures.
