    WAGES AND SALARIES DIFFERENTIATION IN HEALTH CARE IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

    In the article, the congruity of mean values of wage and salary valuation in selected profession groups in the Healthcare sector in the Czech Republic for the period of 2011 to 2016 is being verified. The supposition is being tested that the same education level, which is determined by certain requirements regarding the quality of the worker, is likewise equally financially valued in the private and public sector. Further, the components of wages and salaries among individual professions are compared, and, last but not least, the congruence of the development dynamic of wage and salary valuation is verified. One-dimensional analysis of variance is utilized for such verifications, further supplemented with boxplots.
