    Current modern period and pressure from business side forced companies to constant improvement in the strategic processes at the management level. The companies, under increasing competitions pressure, try to look for modern management techniques that could improve their processes. Techniques that would lead to reductions in costs, eliminate defects and increase efficiency. Many of companies are starting to use lean-thinking with a huge emphasis on quality. They start to realize more and more that cheap production material will not assure the high profits and competitive advantage on the market as much as a quality product or service. Customers appeal on quality and they start to be willing to pay for higher standard even at the cost of longer productions time. Longer productions time is not appropriate for companies, which try to produce and sell the products as much as possible in the short time. The process of quality and fast production was introduced in 1986 at Motorola Company. This process is
