Original language description
The analysis of project tasks using the criticalness potential defining the criticalness of tasks and using the failureness potential defining the possibility of various tasks failure is important due to possibility to find the threatening tasks already during their implementation in project. Criticalness potential of task means evaluation of time, topological, slack, cost and work criticalness of task and failureness potential is analyzed based on project management triangle. The aggregation of the evaluation of these two potentials expresses the tasks threatness assessment displayed in the task threatness matrix. In this paper, we introduce Microsoft Project VSTO add in Task Threatness Matrix Add In (TTM) created by our authors group which allows analysis of the criticalness and failureness potential of the project tasks. The main advantage of this add in is its implementation into Microsoft Project and its easy application.
