UML-Based Design of Intelligence Job System in Smart Agricultural
Original language description
In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, the demand for efficient, user-centric job portals has grown exponentially. The importance of digitizing the hiring process is known through many sectors, including agriculture. Traditional job portals often fall short in addressing the dynamic needs of job seekers and employers, leading to a gap in the recruitment process. Generic portals do not calculate the reliability of JobSeekers especially in “blue collar” jobs. Many job applicants do not provide true information on their resume and that makes the hiring process even more difficult. This circumstance underscores the importance of creating an innovative portal with ranking and pool features. This article pre-sents an innovative approach to the design of an agriculture job portal using Uni-fied Modeling Language (UML). Creating such a portal can lead to a more sustainable growing and harvesting process, potentially reducing food deficits.
