The number of dogs in Prague is increasing. There are two dog homes in the East and West part of Prague. The total prevalence of endoparasitoses of dogs in Prague was 11.65 %, dominant is Toxocara canis 5.04 %. The others were Toxascaris, Ancylostoma, Uncinaria, Capillaria, Trichuris, Spirocerca, Taenia spp., Dipyllidium. From Protozoa: Iso- spora, Giardia, Hammondia, Sarcocystis. The dogs adopted in the home A were positive in 12.01 % and in the home B 17.80 %. The sheding influenced the in- crease to29.79 % in the A home and in the B one the de- crease to 11. 38 %. The dogs in farms were positive in 41.18 % with the prevalence of Toxocara with Toxascaris 21.57 % and with the closed species spectrum.
