At serial of tests on ostrich we're observe the possibility of exploitation method endoindicators by determination of digestibility the principal nutriments and energy by feeding mixtures for adult ostrich. Test was realisation at two breeding triad directly on farm. The watching animals was isolated on account of possibility the quantitative monitoring the intake of mixture also quantitative collection of faeces. As endoindicator was used fraction of ashes insoluble in 4 N HCL. Was reached evidential and reproducible results digestibility of CP - crude protein (84,76 %), fat (95,47 %), CF - crude fibre (61,46 %) and energy - BE (67,36 %). Very low coefficients of variability argue, that it can be the mentioned method use for location of digestibilitythe nutriments and applicability the quantitative enlistment into the feeding mixtures for ostrich.
