Three - month toxicity of the loose caated vitamin D3 of Czech provenance, which had been chosen based on the test for biological efficacy in laying hens, was studied in chickens during searing using doses of 2500, 12500, 25000 and 125000 U.I. . kg -1 diet and comparet with the toxicity of the loose cated vitamin D3 - Rovimix 500 S of Hoffman la Roche. Were studied this parametrs: body weight, feed intake, hematokrit, AST, ALT, AP. urea, calcium, phosporus, histological examinations.
