Trials were conducted in the Czech Republic on 2 farms to determine the efficacy of the late-winter treatment with ivermectin against naturally acquired cyathostomes of horses. There was a statistically significant reduction in EPG as well as in litter larval counts of ivermectin treated horses compared with the other group.
