Contemporary cattle breeds breeding on high performance milk have intensive metabolism, have bigger consumption of components of feed ration and thereby forms also product more warmth.As far as with temperature environment is increasing, dairycow cannotto decrease body temperature and happen to heat stress. Regarding heat stress falling milk performance and rise content of somatic cells. Milk of health dairycow contains 50 - 200 000 of somatic cells in 1 ml milk. Increasing of number of somatic cells above 250 000 in 1 ml milk us signal health problems with milk gland - mastitis. Subclinic mastitis are most frequent in breeding of highly milking cows, which don´t show some outdoor changes of milk gland ,nor departure milk. They are ascertainable pursuant arithmetic of somatic cells, which can to increase above 300 000 /1 ml milk.
