Impact of Phytohormones on the Activity of Glutamate Kinase and Energy Balance in the Photosynthesis
Original language description
Phytohormones are known for their regulatory role in plant growth and development, closely related to photosynthesis.Suitable method analysing of energy balance in photosynthesis is quick fluorescent induction (QFI.) It is accompanied by KAUTSKY - HIRSCH(1931) effect of rapid rising fluorescence to maximum, and after them by the declination to steady state level. It changes in dependence on stress SYNKOVÁ et al. (1997). This paper reports the effect of native phytohormones from a viewpoint of its prospective antistress role expressed by the activity of GK= glutamate kinase (E.C.2.7.2.11). Glutamate kinase was screened as enzyme 1-st step of the biosynthesis proline, (antistress agens). Treatment by the preparations was made in 49DC growth stage = heading. Stress by low/high temperature was studied by the QFI monitored by analyser "PEA" P02003,-Winpea 32 and enumerated by STRASSER (2000).Chlorophyll content as the activity of glutamate kinase were evaluated spectrophotometrically (HRAD
