The aim of this study was to compare the influence of Kare, Androhep, BTS, MR-A extenders, and new diluent (our name D-XY) on spermatozoa motility. The spermatozoa survival tests (thermo-resistance test) and insemination dose thermal endurance testsweremade. Laboratory tests revealed higher survival rate of Androhep diluted spermermatozoa decisively in comparison with spermatozoa from the same collection diluted by other diluters. In a long-time test (24 days) of spermatozoa survival test in dil uentsAndrohep and Kare a significant difference was found in initial ten days of the experiment. Average spermatozoa motility after 3 days of storage in Androhep diluent was 69 per cent and in BTS diluent 63 per cent, and after 5 days in Androhep 55 percent,and in BTS 29 per cent. The difference in spermatozoa motility in these diluents is increasing with the duration of storage interval.
