The rate of photosynthesis and dry matter was studied in the wheat varieties Estica, Ebi, Mironovská 808 in the greenhouse under controlled conditions. Plants were in four variant of trial (control, drought, low pH and drought + low pH). The photosynthesis and accumulation of DM are negatively affected by abiotic stresses.
