    V laboratorních podmínkách byla testována semena druhů Raphanus sativus var. oleiferus odrůda 'Ikarus', Brassica napus odrůdy 'Express' a 'Smart', Sinapis alba odrůda 'Dr. Franck´s Hohenheimer', a Camelina sativa odrůdy 'Lindo', 'Calena' a 'Ligena'. V podmínkách vodního stresu (od -0,2 MPa do -3,0 MPa) a tmy byla zkoušena jejich klíčivost a náchylnost ke vzniku sekundární dormance. Rychlost klíčení apodíl dormantních semen byly závislé na hodnotě vodního potenciálu, druhu, odrůdě a provenienci.

    Seeds of Raphanus sativus var. oleiferus cv. 'Ikarus', Brassica napus cvs. 'Express' and 'Smart', Sinapis alba cv. 'Dr. Franck´s Hohenheimer', and Camelina sativa cvs. 'Lindo', 'Calena' and 'Ligena' were studied in laboratory experiments. These seeds were exposed to osmotic stress (from -0.2 MPa to -3.0 MPa) in darkness for 2 weeks and then tested for their ability to germinate in darkness. The speed of germination and number of dormant seeds differed by individual water potentials, species, cultivars and provenance.
