Aluminium speciation and micronutrient content in tea leaves (camellia sinensis) and their infusions
Original language description
A total of 29 tea samples of different origin imported to the Czech republic were collected and the tea leaves and their infusions analyzed for total content of aluminium (Al and micronutrients (Cu,Fe,Mn, Zn). Al speciation in the infusions was performedusing HPLC/IC. The influence of two additives(sugar and artificial lemon juice and extraction time on Al speciaton were tested.
