Speciation of Lead in Soil Solution Sampled from Willow, Alpine Penny-Cress and Rye-Grass
Original language description
The lead speciation using two different approaches (a physical method ? DGT and chemical method ? ASV) in the soil solution from alpine penny-cress, rye-grass and willow environment feature the possibility of the lead plant uptake evaluation. It has beenfound the total concentrations of Pb are approximately same in all three soil solutions as well as the available concentration (DGT) and the free ions concentration. However the total contents of accumulated lead into green biomass are completely different. That means the composition of soil solution is not the driving force in Pb uptake and the individuality of plant specie plays the important role.
