This paper deals with differences of soil temperature under different mulch materials (crushed spruce bark, gray coloured and black-coloured non-woven textile) with comparison to bare soil without plant during May ? November period (data set: about 30 000 values of each treatment) . The results are presented in graphical form. The highest soil temperature was measured under black-coloured textile. The lowest temperature amplitude was observed under the urface covered by means of crushed bark. Relationships between bare soil and the mulches are given.
