Forty isolates of oat crown rust of different origin were subjects of AFLP analysis. Prevailing asexual reproduction or development of subpopulations surviving at the local areas over the years was confirmed in the Czech Republic. The comparison of UPGMAclustering analyses for virulence and AFLP data set using indicated a low, but highly confirmative correlation.
