The results show a clear negative effect from abiotic stressors on the amount of dry matter in the aboveground biomass of wheat and on the size of the grain and straw yield. The abiotic stressors significantly reduced the amount of dry matter produced bythe plants of all varieties. After the application of 24-epibrassinolide the negative effect of the stressors was reduced for all of the varieties under investigation.The variety Estica had the best reaction to the application of 24-epibrassinolide, Samanta had the smallest reaction. Of the varieties under investigation Samanta is tolerant to drought and high temperatures and Ebi is sensitive.
