Original language description

The aim of this paper is to present results of microclimatic research focused on microbiological contamination in different rooms of campus at Czech University of Life Sciences Prague with emphasis on bacteria and filamentous fungi. The attention is paidto purpose of the rooms, ventilation or air-conditioning and also problems of technological equipment installed and used inside the rooms. In the frame of this research were examined the indoors conditions in lecture rooms, special breeding sections forlaying hens and several parts of experimental brewery. The different intensity of ventilation and air-conditioning influenced the quality of indoor environment in the studied room during the year.
