    Actenodia perfuga (Coleoptera: Meloidae) a member of the fauna of Iraq

  • Original language description

    The species Actenodia perfuga (Dvořák, 1993), to date known only from Syria, is recorded from Iraq (Ga ara desert near Ar Rutbah) on the basis of an old specimen collected by O. Kodym which was found during work with the A. Olexa collection. Photographs of a specimen and the paratype used for comparison are enclosed.
